Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

InkPreview provides AI-powered tattoo preview, generator, cover-up, and stencil tools. This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may and may not do with our services. It applies together with our Terms of Service, and you must read and accept both before using InkPreview.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use InkPreview to upload, request, or generate any of the following. All text prompts pass through an automated content screening system, and violating requests are blocked before generation.

  • NSFW or sexually explicit material, including sexually suggestive or provocative imagery of any kind
  • Any content involving, depicting, or sexualizing minors
  • Face-swaps, deepfakes, or face-manipulation of real people without their consent
  • Glorification or instruction of violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
  • Hate symbols, slurs, or content promoting discrimination or harassment
  • Celebrity, brand, or copyrighted artwork reproduction that misrepresents ownership or infringes intellectual property
  • Content intended to defraud, impersonate, or harass others

3. Content Screening

We apply prompt-level moderation to every AI generation request. Prompts that our screening system flags as prohibited are rejected and not sent to the generation model. Repeated attempts to bypass screening may result in suspension or termination of your account. We may also review and remove flagged outputs. Note that AI tattoo previews are approximations, not medical or professional advice.

4. Uploading Your Own Images

You confirm that you own or have the rights to every photo or image you upload, and that uploads do not contain prohibited content listed in Section 2. You must have consent from any identifiable person in photos you upload.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in content removal, feature restriction, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund, at our discretion. We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities regarding illegal content.

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is using InkPreview in violation of this policy, report it to [email protected], or [email protected] for copyright claims. We respond within 3 business days.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
